意昂3平台最高人民法院海洋司法保護理論研究基地簡介

2015年7月我校設立最高人民法院海洋司法保護理論研究基地（以下簡稱“研究基地”）,該研究基地依托我校意昂3开户，具體運作掛靠我校海商法研究中心（上海市人文社會科學重點研究基地）👨‍🍳。我校大力支持該理論研究基地的工作。

研究基地旨在充分發揮我校在海洋法、海商法及海事國際私法的學科研究優勢和人才優勢👐🏼，立足海洋法律發展前沿，加強重大涉海法律問題研究，為海事審判提供智力支持。

研究基地現有研究人員17人，包括2017年引進的一名副教授🍃。其中🤞🏿：教授11人😄，副教授6人；11人擁有博士學位🥲，1人在讀博士；博士生導師6人；全國優秀教師1人🙋‍♀️，享受國務院政府特殊津貼3人，上海市領軍人才1人，獲得上海市人才發展基金1人✦。

研究基地註重學術交流🚣🏽，積極組織各種類型學術會議🤸‍♂️。研究基地重視理論與實務的結合，積極參與國際和國內立法實踐，曾參與了《海商法》、《港口法》等海事法律的製定。主持完成了國家社科基金🧞‍♂️、教育部、司法部、和交通運輸部等多項國家及省部級課題，並有數項成果獲得省部級獎勵🖥。

Shanghai Maritime University Supreme People's Court Marine Judicial Protection Theory Research Base

In July 2015, our university established the Supreme People’s Court’s Marine Judicial Protection Theory Research Base (hereinafter referred to as the “Research Base”). The research base relies on the School of Law of our university and is linked to the Maritime Law Research Center of our university for specific operations (The Humanities and Social Sciences of Shanghai Municipality Research Base). My school strongly supports the work of the research base.

The research base aims to give full play to the research advantages and talent advantages of our school in the maritime law, maritime law and maritime private international law, based on the forefront of the development of marine law, strengthen the study of major legal issues related to the sea, and provide intellectual support for maritime trials.

The research base currently has 17 researchers, including 11 professors and 6 associate professors; 11 have doctoral degrees, 1 is a doctoral candidate; 6 are doctoral supervisors; one is national excellent teacher , three people enjoy special government allowances from the State Council, one is Shanghai leading talent, and 1 person won the Shanghai Talent Development Fund .

The research base focuses on academic exchanges and actively organizes various types of academic conferences.

The research base attaches great importance to the integration of theory and practice, actively participates in international and domestic legislative practice, and has participated in the formulation of maritime laws such as Maritime Law and Port Law. He has completed various national and provincial-level projects such as the National Social Science Fund, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Justice, and the Ministry of Transport, and has won several provincial and ministerial awards.
